Host an Event
Hosting a special event or fundraising effort plays an important role in allowing us to have the necessary resources to continue providing a home away from home.
Types of Events
Many different groups have put together a large variety of events such as:
- Lemonade Stands and Bake Sales
- Private Dinners
- 5K Races
- Auctions/Raffles
- Change Wars or Penny Wars
- Car Washes, Motorcycle or Bicycle Rides
- Casual Day Fundraisers
And many other ideas to benefit Ronald McDonald House.
Hosting an Event
Third-party organizations will be responsible for running every major component of planning and executing the event. These duties may include recruiting sponsorships and advertising the event. Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Piedmont Triad will assist with the use of our logo, and be available for guidance, but you will have the opportunity to execute the majority of planning for the event.
