Weather Update as of December 24th: Light the Night is TONIGHT, December 24th!
Our Winston-Salem community has been lighting luminaries in honor of Ronald McDonald House families since 1987. This holiday tradition has helped to provide a “home away from home” for almost 20,000 families.
Luminary kits contain 6 white bags, 6 candles, and sand. Kits can be purchased for $7 at local retailers or from volunteer street captains. All proceeds benefit the Ronald McDonald Charities Piedmont Triad.
The Friends of the Ronald McDonald House invite you to join us in lighting luminaries. Gather your friends, families, and neighbors to celebrate Light the Night on December 18, 2016. Alternate dates in the event of inclement weather are December 24, 25, and 31. 
Luminary kits will be available beginning November 23rd at the following local retailers:
Our Street and Neighborhood Captains collect orders from their neighbors, pick up kits, and deliver the kits to their neighbors.

Luminary Kit Pick-Up:
New location! Come to 631 Coliseum Drive, directly across from the Red Cross, Twin City Stage, and Habitat ReStore, to pick up your kits! Click here for a map of the location or here for driving directions.
If you are unavailable to pick-up kits during these dates, they will be available at the Ronald McDonald House at 419 S. Hawthorne Road beginning November 21.
